TRAINING
I use my experiences and knowledge, plus my own research, combine it with my Social Work and Drama Training and take this into group and individual work around the areas of Effective Communication and Relationship Building. I was one of a team that assisted with workshops on Difficult Conversations, Performance Feedback, and Negotiation Skills, as part of the Open University’s staff development.
